Single Session :$30
30min: We review ingredient labels and understand how to interpret them within the context of overall health impact. You will be provided with a printable PDF that can be brought to the grocery store to remember ingredients and foods to avoid for any specific diet.
Grocery Overhaul: $225
4 hr intensive: The first hour is spent in the comfort of your home, looking at foods currently in your home. We analyze ingredient labels and discuss the meaning of those ingredients and how they can impact our health.
Then we review and determine a dining plan, choosing from the menu options in an ebook I provide. You’ll select one week's worth of meals, and together we’ll devise a shopping list based on that. Together we go to the grocery store and shop for new ingredients while reviewing and practicing understanding the ingredient labels.
